Our founding fathers and the constitution they wrote were the only things exceptional about our nation. It is contrary to international law to create bio-weapons and the USA is not entitled to do so anymore than Iraq was.
As a firm believer in equity, I would vote for Tulsi in a New York minute: we have never had a hot woman who looks great in a bikini running the nation and she could not do worse than seven of the past eleven who have held the office of US president.
