So Schumer, Hochul, and Sanders, tell us you are OK with NYC being destroyed without saying that. "We endorse Mamdami."

Very interesting. I left the Democratic Party after they started praising antisemitism, though the roots of my leaving were growing for a long time. I’m very concerned for my friends in New York who are practicing Jews. Philadelphia isn’t great but at least we have mostly incompetence and corruption not downright lunacy in government

When I hear the AWFLs (Affluent White Female Liberals) talk, especially the really rich ones, I discern a strong sexual overtone there. The attraction is more than ideological and it feeds there desire to be non-conforming and poke a sharp stick in the eye of tradition and society (and often, God) by glomming onto the most weirdness they can so they can look chic and transgressive to the all the other AWFLs in their coven.

I'm not at all surprised at the rumor that Obama and Jennifer Anniston are playing doctor. Cynthia Nixon is allegedly a lesbian and all her kids are trans, non-binary or some other gender nonconforming category, but I'm fully convinced she would take one for the team and give up the goodies to Zohran Mamdani - or maybe even Bernie Sanders - to show just how transgressive she is.

There is something psychopathic going on in the contemporary Democrat Party - I'm not going to lie, it is happening in the GOP, too, it just seems that Trump isn't trying to hurt his constituents the way Democrats do. All you have to recognize is how much more concern they have for illegal aliens and how they cough up free stuff for them that American citizens cannot access.

Totally. I got disillusioned with them years ago. A lot of the people I went to school with are still affluent liberals but maybe because I live in a poor neighborhood and have taught in the toughest public schools I have no illusions. Democrats have messed up the blue cities, kids can’t read and write and it’s not safe to go outside anymore. I voted with my vote (straight Republican) and I’ll vote with my feet by getting out of the city as soon as I can. I’m so glad I don’t live in New York!

Trump is an imperfect tool for sure! But to some extent, fire has to be fought with fire. Trump is a master manipulator and his job requires 110% of his efforts to stem this communist/socialist tide(and to some extent his detractors are correct that it's in service to his large ego.). But I am convinced that he has genuine feeling and concern for his country and its people. We haven't seen a fully emotionally and mentally healthy leader come forward in our nation for a long, long time! As they say, we have to go to war with the Army that we have, not the Army that we want! I'm encouraged to see that we're making some headway under Trump, but I'm pessimistic about the long haul. In the long run, only education can save us and we've seriously failed in that for 3 or 4 generations at least!

Nice analogy. I've become too exhausted to care any more about people who vote Democrat. My only wish is that the rest of us could escape them all.

That sexual energy is on full display as AOC campaigns with Zohran. He dances like Pan, throwing glitter bombs of free stuff.

My only problem with this perspective, as innovative and as intriguing as it is, is that it seems to be following that old “”let’s-replace-criminology-with-social-care” approach which itself is part of the disease of progressivism. Let’s instead replace hugs and coddling with TOUGH LOVE: make the Democrats’ “victim voters” awake up to understand that they have been taken advantage of and redirect their anger and resentments upon their erstwhile “benefactors.”

When you talk about serial abusers, you're certainly talking about Democrats. They abuse the rights and privileges being a citizen of this country, and that's just the run-of-the-mill Democrat. Their radical wing, on the other hand, would, in any other country, have a price on their head. The radical Democrats are not just dissidents, they are guerilla warriors advocating communism.

Zohran Mamdani has never held a job. That's not an endorsement for someone to lead what is, in effect, a major corportation. His campaign speeches prove he's ignorant - or purosefully lying - about the way government works. The mayor of any city doesn't have the power to change federal law, period. Yet this communist throws these lies out like beads at Mardi Gras.

And he's a symptom of the core belief of the Democrat party. They took an unknown - and in my opinion a Manchurian candidate - first term state senator and made him President. We don't need to retell the horrors that were the Obama Presidency.

You talk of Stockholm Syndrome, but I believe that's too pat an answer. Surely there are some Democrats who suffer some form of it, however my belief is that the present condition of the Democrat Party is the evolution of their early 20th century roots. The early 20th-century Democrat Party moved left and championed reforms that made American capitalism more regulated and socially conscious. In other words they made America more socialist.

Those Democrats who come to the realization that their party's wrong don't work to fix it - if found out they're cancelled - they become Republicans or Independents. There's no room in today's Democrat party for those who haven't drank the Kool-Aid.

So yes, the Democrat party demonstrates some of the characteristics of Stockholm Syndrome and battered wife syndrome, however the major portion of their complexion is communist/socialis red. Look inside any Democrat and you'll find someone who believes all their wants and needs should be supplied to them free of charge.

Just like a communist.

All part of the communist (or whatever term you want to use for it) global plan. People who are determined to seize totalitarian power over the population see the emotionally weak and morally corrupt segment of society as the soft point of entry. Once they've succeeded in control of those (and they're pretty far along in the US), the vast "center" of sheep-like folks will gradually go along while they pick off the strong points of resistance amongst the enlightened and determined. Those are folks who see through the whole thing but become powerless to mount an effective resistance in a "democracy" where 51% can control the rest. That is why eliminating the minority protection features of our Constitution is so important to today's Democrats. It can't all be done by outlawing minority resistance however, which is where the Brownshirt militias and the Secret Police come into their role, selected largely from the morally courrupt.
