The fact that America is now teetering on the verge of socialism practice in some major cities gives rise to the point of sometimes we learn best from seeing our failures. Hopefully this stupid experiment of socialism in NYC will fail spectacularly and therefore once again America will learn through its failed follies. (Though it has not yet seen the misery of Dearborn Michigan, or parts of Minneapolis MN.)
The bigger problem as I see it - and I credit the 'Maja Rushey' for this - will the 'skulls full of mush' see it for the failure it is?
Our federalism allows great opportunities for experiments in comparative politics e.g. income taxes in some states vs. sales taxes in others. Our Blue cities get to reveal the failures of progressivist policies but pity the unfortunate citizens who have to be the kab rats in these experiments!
Sadly, the lab rats are bred to leave their quality of life up to the discretion of the cage owner. Retched Madcow intervenes from time to time to distract them from reality by proclaiming Orange Man the source of misery. The mice all nod in unison.

I think it was a throwaway statement to make him feel comfortable. You could tell who daddy was in that room and it wasn't Mamdani. Trump treated him like the visiting high school theater kid he is.
