The caption for that photo should be “Moi?”

Clear as day to most people what the message was. First Amendment protected harmful actions toward Jewish students, with no legal consequences, so the First Amendment has lost credibility.

I agree with you, and for the same basic reasons. Brandenburg is a very high bar, as are other laws and cases. It doesn't help that there is merchandise with "86" for both "46" and "47," either. I think the major part of this is that we all know Comey knows better and that it's obvious he's lying. In this case, I at least hope he's nervous. Maybe it's time that the "process" becomes the punishment in the opposite direction.

Indict him. Get a broad search warrant. See what pops out. Agreed though this won’t fly unless some emails suggesting a plot or a ‘let’s start an ‘8647’ campaign. Maybe if we get lucky someone will act on it.’ is revealed.

Personally, I’d love to see Comey doing serious prison time but it’s not happening. Doesn’t mean DOJ shouldn’t try, though, and for sure take a huge bite out of his book royalties, and maybe get lucky with a good judge and jury.

No matter how societally bulletproof you might look, being suddenly indicted will have you hugging the porcelain throne. Unless you’re DJT, of course, and you thrive on risk. Comey isn’t, and in fact is the poster boy for “Midwits in positions of great responsibility.”

Get ‘im, Pam!
