A good friend of mine, Reinhold Tischler (may he rest in peace), coined the acronym, "MAL". The Harris-[insert regime stooge name here] 24 campaign is exceeding even his imagination.
I have it from two libs that it is OK to lie in furthurance of the agenda. Specifically, for example, if folk do not care enough about a cause--climate change or republicans--it is OK to exagerate to get tehm to realize the seriousness.
So IMO, A) they dont care a whit about the lies, and b) they believe them anyways.
BTW censorship to save free speech is even more important than dictating to save democracy. dont let that happen.
It's puzzling that the Dems don't see through such transparent lies and also puzzling that they don't take insult to being told lies that are such obvious lies. Most of us require a higher calibre of lying than the Democrats are doing. And some of us get made when we're lied to. Democrats don't seem to mind.
On the other hand (and there is always an other hand) even weak lies will play to confirmation bias, the desire for confirmation of an already-held belief is so strong.
Now we are witnessing Orwell's erasure of the past as Reuters has apologized for and scrubbed from its website any mention of Kamala as Border Czar.
Reinhold was a joy to interact with, and MAL is a concise and useful legacy of his.
