Harbor Freight is where you go when you need a cheap tool you probably will never use again. That is how Democrats see people.

There is something worse than being an authoritarian/ fascist/Nazi, a racist, a homophobe, a xenophobe, an insurrectionist or even an election denier.

And it is whatever contemporary Democrats are.

I haven’t been able to conceptualize a single word for it, I guess it is because their badness morphs to fit whatever serves their needs at a particular moment in time. Of each aforementioned characteristic, examples of their guilt is legion – always as they accuse their opposition of those things.

They excuse their authoritarianism because they believe it is good for you, their racism because they believe the solution to racism is to discriminate harder, homosexuals and transexuals are tools for societal destruction, illegal immigrants of all races are merely tools of demographic and political change - and as to insurrection and election denial – that’s only bad when someone other than them are doing it.

In every case, any care exhibited is not for the individuals, it is how those individuals help advance the progressive Democrat agenda. Humans become the living embodiment of a cheap tool from a Harbor Freight parking lot tent sale – good enough for that one immediate use you have and when it breaks, you throw it away.

You don’t expect it to last. It is expendable.

I wanted to call it “evil”, but some of what they believe and do is so cartoonish, I’m not sure they even have the requisite intent or awareness for it to be truly described as evil, even if evil is the outcome. They just seem to flirt with evil without really thinking about the consequences of that flirtation.

C.S. Lewis wrote:

“No man knows how bad he is till he has tried very hard to be good.”

So, they just don’t try to be good.

If they do, “good” isn’t really something that is generally beneficial to society, it seems their “good” is defined as serving their own desired purposes or ends, even if those purposes or ends are harmful, damaging or generally undesirable.

That pretty much describes their approach to crime and the border crisis.

Don’t believe me, you can watch it happening in real time.

Democrats see crime as discrimination against the perpetrators. In their minds, a capitalist society is racist and unfair, so the criminal is the victim. Theft is not a crime; it is merely a form of reparation.

Changing laws or refusing to arrest people for committing crime certainly results in reported crime rates going down when actual crime doesn’t (and that is why people are not buying it when the Human Dust Mop claims Biden has made things safer than ever! People know what they feel and witness. The victim of a carjacking in DC, the owner of a store that was just looted by an organized mob, or the family of a nursing school student in Georgia who was murdered by an illegal alien can’t be gaslighted enough to believe things are peachy keen under this lawless regime because the pain is personal and real.

As to the border, every crosser deserves all the empathy and compassion (and welfare benefits) a country founded on racism and xenophobia can muster. They are all just asylum seekers yearning to be free – even the Chinese, the Nigerians, the Somalis and former prison inmates from Venezuela (by the way, since Venezuela started exporting criminals, their crime rate has fallen. Who knew?!).

 If you just stop defending the border and let illegal aliens have free access to cross, there isn’t a crisis. In both cases, any effort by the current regime to perform their legal and moral duty is largely performative. They have already proven in word and deed if they had their way, law enforcement would be used only to arrest political enemies and border “agents” would become a concierge service for our “newcomers” (a new, likely focus grouped word the Democrats are trying out to describe those who violate our laws and our border).

The old saying that if you believe in nothing, you can be made to believe anything seems to have some currency here. In these cases, believing in nothing means you can excuse anything, literally any action that supports your agenda can be defined as “good”.

I’m sure there is a term for all this, I just haven’t landed on it yet.
