Having lost their way intellectually, morally, ethically and electorally, Democrats have convinced themselves they must destroy America in order to “save” it. In their desperate and delusional quest for power, nothing and no one is safe. Voting for Democrats is akin to suicide.
It's an unfortunate comment about where the US is today, that this type of Constitutionally subversive activity is not only allowed by the Supreme Court, but is practiced by state judges who should know better. When political convenience trumps the Constitution, we're in deep trouble. So, yes, SCOTUS must act, and quickly, to preserve the Republic.
This is lawfare dressed up as federalism, and it’s corrosive. When the Left loses elections, it retreats to activist state courts to sabotage national policy piece by piece. That isn’t governing. It’s constitutional arson. These climate cases are an open attempt to nullify the Supremacy Clause and balkanize American commerce through judicial extortion. One courthouse, fifty consequences. Investment freezes. Markets distort. The damage is the point. And while this metastasizes, the Supreme Court of the United States dithers. Delay enables abuse. If this stands, the Union becomes theoretical and the Constitution optional. This isn’t clever strategy. It’s an attack on the republic itself.

I'm glad people are starting to notice. The Supreme Court could put an end to meddling by state courts and by self-important district judges.

Excellent commentary. Is anyone listening? Not MSM!
