Definitely where we are. Democrat brains cannot process facts,
"Given what I’m seeing, there are a massive number of Democrats who do not know enough about Trump, Vance, or even us, to even take a few seconds to find out for themselves. They are not even curious in the least about whether something makes sense or not – or whether the people pulling the trigger on social media tweets and posts might just be motivated to lie.
They are living in an alternate reality created especially for them."
You are one of the few people who ask why these things are happening instead of just emoting about them. It is worth the inquiry. The people who ask questions instead of spewing dogma are the only possible solution to the current madness.
I'll bite. I am not Democrat. I am not Republican. My contempt for elections that are pure farces is equal to the contempt for partisanship. As far as I am able to discern election fraud is as American as Apple Pie. Equal only to the ravings of brainwashed partisans. How can you have elections of integrity after murdering JFK? How can you PRETEND you have any representation whatsoever? No political party exists without big money. Big money buys elections. And if not, it makes certain they are stolen. Against this actual situation people are allowed to gab. Do something no.
I prefer the Articles of Confederation. I see Federalism as Bank of England. Arguably the reason for the 13 colonies to go to war was Masonic. A hope for a continent controlled by Masons. George Washington denied that he was a Master Mason yet the paintings show otherwise.

Although American elites initially joined the Freemasons to keep pace with genteel English behavior, the fraternity contributed to the spread of the ideas and ideals behind the American Revolution. During the revolutionary era, Masons of note included George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, James Otis, and Paul Revere. While individual Freemasons actively participated in the American Revolution, Freemasonry, as an institution as well as its local lodges, remained politically neutral.
Sad to say, I’m approaching the same conclusions. It’s hard to not see the evidence of their actions, and deduce the only possible meaning: they’re all feeding from the same trough.
Trot out the dog-and-pony shows each “election” cycle to preserve the illusion that we have anything to say about it, and milk it for all it’s worth.
All the fomenting of division is just to keep us fighting amongst ourselves so we don’t pay attention to what the ruling class is doing. The last straw, for me, was “81 million votes,” after watching the counters for PRESIDENT votes stop at 10:32 p.m. election night, while the counts for senate/congress races incongruously continued…. ((Aren’t all votes on the same ballots?? Crazy, I know.)
Then dangling us for 6 Weeks, waiting for the furor to die down before announcing the “winner.”
Ok. How about locally. Allow an example. In 1987 I was on the phone fundraising in all 50 states to stop Contra Aid. Although I was skeptical I thought perhaps political pressure in an election season in Swing Congressional districts might work. I met interesting people from all walks of life calling in cold to ask for help. I was especially impressed by a dairy farmer in Wisconsin who with his own money put up two billboards!
Americans in my opinion are just not political. Yes filled with opinions. Agents of change rarely. Sports are important. Family too unless a war then send the kid off to be a Patriot. I can say this because I was political and strongly anti-war and made no money really from my political activity except minimum wage for 10 years and then became a Personal Injury paralegal for about 5 years until I fell and broke both arms. Then keyboard shy I went into sales. Bad idea. Should have gone to law school. Except I disliked the profession.
I couldn't agree more. There are many insecure people who feel disenfranchised somehow. And then there are those virtue signalers who want to think of themselves as "caring"--yet not of consequences. They are vulnerable to any seemingly "do-gooder". They are self absorbed--particularly the youth you. refer to--and don't see the big picture--nor do they care. Dems are "permissive parents" who expertly bribe and promise goodies. It's frightening how effective the Regressives diabolical ploy is.

I'm not smart enough to solve the problems, but if I ask enough questions, maybe somebody will come up with something.
That’s all we’ve got. Just planting seeds of doubt, in hopes there is still an active brain cell out there.
This is Brilliant, Michael.
I kept wanting to say “especially this…especially This!” but there was too much to repeat here.
Overall, Best condensed diagnosis and references I’ve seen. How else can we even grasp the magnitude of this madness?
BRAVO!!

If people would be honest and follow the Constitution, we wouldn't have these issues - seems impossible today, though.

AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Stick a fork in us.
First of course I ask why would they rise in outrage? Why would Trump voters protest in the street? No one pays them.
Point taken… but that’s not the only one. Add:
1. Fear of repercussions
Add probable demographics:
2. Age
3. Life’s responsibilities weighing upon them, and concern for how their actions will impact children & family
4. Socioeconomic factors ($$ constraints)
And most likely,
5. JOBS. Difficult to just blow off when and where you must be, to pop up around the country at will.
That’s a start.
