The Obama White House *publicly admitted in 2016* that they had manipulated "know nothing" journalists to sell the Iran Deal ... and not a single "mainstream news" outlet cared.
Joe Biden has doubled down, but today the "journalists" are not being "manipulated." As long as the government is Democrat, they see themselves as active participants in the government's agenda.
Since the press is still in private hands, and not owned by the government, the journalists are more like the Fascists of Italy than the Communists of the USSR.
