It is like WestWorld, but far less entertaining and far more stupid and dangerous.

I saw something the other day, cannot remember who said it, but it struck me as being 100% true.

They said that while conservatives know everything about the left, the left literally knows nothing about conservatives.

The right wing knows everything about the left's environment - what they are saying, doing and what the outcomes are. We do not care where the information comes from, we look at it.

The left knows nothing about conservatives, conservativism or literally anything that is not part of the leftist biosphere. The example of them not knowing about Biden's deteriorating mental condition because they treated it as a right-wing conspiracy and just did not investigate it is one example, but there are many more. When they make statements like the left has never harassed a White House Press Secretary, assaulted Republicans in public, or had elected Democrats encourage violence against Republicans when all of that is true - and happened just a few years ago - is another.

I have had personal knowledge of this, and you probably have as well, I have had Democrats give me astonished looks when I tell them something happened, most often relatively recently, that they knew nothing about - because their sources simply did not report it. Biden's debate performance shocked so many Democrats, they began to produce coping mechanisms ranging from some sort of Russian confusion ray, CNN is notoriously right wing, to "he's always had a stutter", to "Trump is the one in mental decline."

Since they possess no independent knowledge, they easily believe anything their leadership tells them. For example, Donald Trump is not a Russian plant or a dictator. Top Democrats do not believe Trump is a "threat to democracy" - but their supporters do. Project 2025 is a nothingburger, a fairly standard non-binding policy guide from a conservative think tank - but according to the Democrats – and I mean well known Democrat officials, it is "Mein Kampf" and a pathway to Hell.

But in LeftWorld, anything not theirs is the worst thing ever - any conservative policy idea is like an asteroid hitting the Earth - it is existential. Implement any free-market idea or require proof of citizenship to vote, and everybody dies, and even though all humans will become extinct, women, children and minorities will be hardest hit.

Today's mindless Democrats believe whatever they are told to believe because they have no basis, no knowledge, about anything that was not spoken by a Democrat - and about half of that are just lies. It is amazing to me how much obviously false and crazy stuff these people will just accept - without question.

Some Democrat said Project 2025 is equal to the Handmaid's Tale (are there no other books or TV shows in LeftWorld?) and within minutes, "experts" on X, none of whom had even heard of it five minutes ago, were all "Trump wants forced marriages, will put his opposition in detention camps, deport all Latinos, ban women from having jobs outside the home, and require every vagina to be inspected, women must have licenses to have sex, and cats and dogs will be forced to live together.”

These rants always end with “It is the end of democracy!"

Literally none of what Democrats have said about Project 2025 is true - they are just repeating what their influencers said about it.

I hate to be repetitive, but the great Ronald Reagan had it right when he said Democrats just know so much that just is not so.

Democrats know more about some exotic new species in Madagascar than they do a conservative who lives across the street from them.

We live in crazy and ignorant times.
