The Last of Us
The real threat to "democracy" isn't a guy in a buffalo hat, it is the American government itself.
Yesterday, within the span of two minutes, the Senate Majority leader, one of the most powerful people in Congress, threatened a private company, demanded that company silence one of its employees and then demanded that the company compel that employee to say the right words that support the government’s narrative of the 2020 election and the J6 riot.
Mitch McConnell, an alleged Republican and Senate Minority leader (a role he cherishes), agreed, saying, “It was a mistake, in my view, for Fox News to depict this in a way that's completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at the Capitol thinks.”
Way to go, Mitch. Toe the government line. That’s the fighting spirit we have come to know and love.
Maybe they could get you to star in a Modelo beer commercial.
You are certainly “especial”.
While Chuck Schumer is a disgusting human who, without the power of government, would be selling newspapers and cigarettes from a bodega in Queens, Mitch McConnell is another person who, if not in government, would be retired from a career of selling burial insurance in rural Kentucky.
Neither of these men are anything without the government symbiote clothing them in invincibility and power.
In the Marvel universe, a race of symbiotes waged war on Earth. Perhaps the most famous one is Venom, the symbiote that merges with Spider-Man’s rival Eddie Brock, giving Brock superpowers. Brock doesn’t entirely control Venom and as a result, Venom typically does what it wants.
But such things exist in the natural world as well.
HBO is running a series titled “The Last of Us”, based on the 2013 video game of the same name. In the series, a fungus infects humans, taking over their brains, renders them into zombies, and the controls the human bodies. The zombies’ only goal becomes the spread of the fungus.
That game and the HBO series is based on a real fungus called the Ophiocordyceps unilateralis.
This fungus has just one goal: self-propagation and dispersal. Found in tropical forests, it infects foraging ants through spores that attach and penetrate the exoskeleton, slowly taking over the ant’s behavior. The ant is compelled to leave its nest for a more humid microclimate that’s favorable to the fungus’s growth. The fungus feeds on its victim’s internal organs until it’s ready for the final stage when the fungus commands the ant to descend to a vantage point about 10 inches off the ground, sink its jaws into a leaf vein on the north side of a plant, and wait for death.
Several days after the ant has died, the fungus sends a fruiting body out through the base of the ant’s head, turning its shriveled corpse into a launchpad from which it can jettison its spores and infect new ants.
For Americans, government is our version of Ophiocordyceps unilateralis.
It infects government officials, especially those who have been there a very long time (both Schumer and McConnell have been in politics or government service for over half a century), taking over their brains, and focusing their actions solely on the propagation and survival of government. As you watch these men operate, it is clear the only time they are concerned about citizens is when that agenda allows government to grow.
Perhaps there has never been a situation that made this so clear to so many people as does the reaction in the aftermath of the January 6th riot.
Any attempt to reveal evidence that might contradict the official truth that this was a violent attempt to take over the US government, an insurrection, is met with a full salvo from every armament in the government arsenal.
They redefined a corrupt government as weak, then personified it as “democracy” and cast it in the role of a victim of unstoppable election denying, spear wielding, buffalo hat wearing QAnon Trumpists who mimicking the forces of William Tecumseh Sherman, marched through the Capitol Complex to the sea, burning everything in their wake and bending railroad rails into pretzels.
The government reaction was never about insurrection, it was about people having the temerity to sully the royal chambers from which erstwhile kings and queens rule the land. These fungus infected symbionts were threatened by the demands for accountability and the exercise of the Constitutional right to redress of grievances.
It was about a government that refused to hear the concerns of the people they were allowed to govern.
J6 was never about insurrection, the death of democracy, obstructing congressional vote counting or kidnapping or killing any elected official or bureaucrat. In truth, the only violent death associated with the protest was an Air Force veteran, Ashli Babbitt, who was shot to death by a Capitol policeman.
And after two years of completely controlling the narrative and punishing citizens behind a veil of “sedition” and “national security”, the threat is back in the form of Tucker Carlson.
Carlson is ripping off the veil and in doing so is proving, once again, this was never about Democrat versus Republican; this is the raw power of government versus the free citizen.
There is absolutely no question that the Prime Directive of the J6FF was to ensure zero discussion and debate let alone a vote, on the Senators' Cruz and Hawley "10 Day Emergency Commission to Investigate Claims of Election Irregularities".
Given the coverage and "revelations" on the two plus years overdue *tightly-controlled "limited acess" to the full 41,000+ hours of embargoed security camera footage* plus resulting hysteria thus far, it certainly appears that Prime Directive will remain the outstanding success that it was.
Controlled Opposition comes in many forms, sometimes unwitting. And that's exactly what seems to be happening now. Very much like the bone toss "GOP control" of the House. Largely so they can do the dirty work helping the Fascists mostly-secretly pulling the key strings of the Communists mostly-still disguised as Democrats, RINOs, Neocons, Deep Staters and WEF Great Resetters to jettison Biden. With POTUS Newsom the likely result given Harris will resign prior to Biden "pulling a Nixon" once the formal Impeachment process will succeed "writing is on the wall".
Unless the Enemies Within the Gates from Pennsylvania Avenue to Capitol Hill to the Pentagon, to Sacramento, Olympia, Silicon Valley, Madison Avenue and Wall Street first quietly complete their throwing wide open those gates...
For the fast-increasing likelihood of a 'sneak attack invasion" mostly by China; remember very credible estimates from multiple sources support the fear that perhaps well over a million of the "mostly military age males" of the estimated between 5 million and 10 million illegals the Installed Obidenistas Regime has flown in at least two million of them as early as last summer per estimated by Monkey Werx YouTube channel and who were "mostly from Asia and the Middle East" also per numerous sources, may well be soldiers.
Gordon Chang on Fox yesterday was more blunt than ever that China is readying to attack the US. He is one of a growing number of experts who agree and who are being largely ignored or aggressively censored and suppressed clearly by effective CCP assets exactly like Biden and McConnell are, among the list of hundreds of them in Washington DC alone also per numerous reports like two books from New Zealand researcher, blogger and author Trevor Loudon, the Daily Wire's docuseries "Enemy Within" and others.

As I was reading your brilliant words, it had reminded me of becoming a Certified Project Manager (PMP). I, like so many others, took the classes, did the studying, and all the while being reminded that in order to pass and perform well as a PMP one must get into Project Management - speak.
It was not until I was actually doing project management work that I saw the fallacy in this approach. The issues become that when a problem arises - all that is heard is PM speak. As for the solution - ummm, more PM speak. Nothing could be made clear, nothing beyond the PM approach to the solution could be made. If you dared to utter something outside of that nomenclature then you were the heretic, the enemy and all were turned against you.
The bottom line to my story is something that I took away from this, and I credit it with allowing me to have a much better career thereafter and that was the need to have open and honest communications. All labels off things, speak in lay-person terms, and communicate all the information for the stakeholders to make a competent decision.
In this case the Stockholders are the American People while the PM's uttering their PM speak are our elected politicians - whose time has long come for them to be removed from office.
