The Jerk

This is nothing recent, he's always been a jerk.

I've been thinking about why the Democrats have forsaken their traditional blue collar base and now are shilling to the laptop class, one largely filled with college graduates.

It's easy to think that the Democrat Party just sees these "educated" voters as more likely to understand the complexity of the Democrat agenda and are more likely to support it in the future.

But give the real-world smarts of the laptop class and the phobias they openly wear on their breasts like badges of honor, I don't think that is it.

I've written a lot about my maternal granddaddy and how he had the equivalent of an 8th grade formal education, but remains one of the wisest men I have every known. He gained that wisdom through reading and observing people and nature and through those two things, he found wisdom and a keen sense of people.

My grandaddy possessed the very virtues and principles of today's working class. They, like him, don't like bullshit, they know the difference between rain and getting pissed on and they know a lie and a liar when they see them.

Those are things never to be found in a textbook or in a lecture hall. Those are the basic laws of, as Jefferson said, "Nature and Nature's God."

That is the reason Biden and the Democrats have moved away from farmers, ranchers, masons, carpenters and other skilled tradesmen because these are people who know bullshit when they smell it.

The college educated laptop class is stupid in the ways things get done. Their values are rote, not lived and therefore are so malleable as to be worthless. A handshake, and more often these days, a contract, is worthless to them.

The working class resents student loan "forgiveness" because they pay their debts and know that what Biden has done is one of the largest wealth transfers in American history, and this time it went from the working class to the college educated managerial class.

The working class sees the fraud in Biden and his party and they are having none of it.

One is left to wonder just which segment of America the Biden Democrats will offend next.

They just offended Christians by equating Easter with a transgender day of “visibility” when there are only two other groups that rival transgenders - vegans and Crossfitters.

Biden offended the NYPD by holding a high dollar fundraiser with Clinton and Obama and never considered going to the wake of a policeman who was killed due to the soft on crime policies of the Democrats.

You are an election denier if you have questions about the 2020 election.

They routinely offend patriots by calling them insurrectionists.

Anti-abortion proponents are “extremists”.

Support Trump, you are a fascist.

You are not black unless you vote for Biden.

There’s nothing good about this guy.
