Schrödinger’s Campaign
You must look inside the box to find reality - but they are doing everything possible to hide the box.
Yes, Kamala Harris is running Schrödinger’s campaign.
In Schrödinger’s experiment, the cat in the box was either dead or alive and as long as you didn’t open the box, you can go on believing whatever fits your perspective.
Like Schrödinger’s cat, Schrödinger’s campaign is designed to keep the lid on Harris’ views and policies, because if the lid stays closed, whatever is inside can be whatever you imagine it to be.
Greg Gutfeld likened it to a Christmas present – as long as you didn’t open it, you wouldn’t be disappointed if it wasn’t what you told Santa you wanted, you could just be happy believing it was what you wanted – and your mom, who wrapped it knowing what it was, could continue pretending she didn’t know and allowing you to believe it was whatever you wanted it to be.
But that only holds if the present is never unwrapped – which eventually is going to happen.
And then you will know.
What you do with that knowledge is the most important thing.
And when no politician will tell you what their intended policies would be, when they will not allow you to open the Christmas present, the only course you can take is to look at what they have done.
Always look at what they do, not what they say.
I know that is both repetitive and trite, but I have no better advice to give. It is as true today as it was when my granddaddy passed it on to me when I was a young whippersnapper.
The answer to the policy positions of the Harris-Walz ticket is simple. It is two things.
California and Minnesota.
There is your evidence.
Harris has had a hand in California politics and policies for decades, Walz not as long in Minnesota but he has had complete ownership of the D-F-L government. The national policies of the Biden administration are but a synthesis of these two.
Whatever has been going on in those two states is what one could expect out of this ticket.
And that is why they are desperate to keep anyone from unwrapping the present.
It would destroy the “vibe” and “joy.”
And it appears to be working.
People would rather feel good than face reality. They do not want to look in the box because they do not want to know. The left has been indoctrinating children for the past half century that what you feel is reality, that emotional satisfaction is a goal more important than logic and reason. Two plus two can be five if that makes you happy. The ledger never has to balance.
A recent poll says that Kamala Harris, not Donald Trump, is more trusted on the economy – even though she has been the VP while Biden dismantled it over the past four years, she even cast the tie-breaking votes that enabled much of the destructive policy.
Good Lord, even after denying Harris was the Border Czar, her campaign is trying to make her out to be a border hawk.
It is all a lie.
As far as understanding progressive ideology, what you have to understand is that in the world of the progressive, there is only the “revolutionary truth”, that being anything that supports the revolution – whether it is actually true or not is immaterial, it is true to them because it confirms their bias and validates their actions. Nothing else matters or even exists.
Progressives always lie…especially to themselves.
I recall an actual quote from 2013, when the reality of Obamacare was beginning to bite. Obama supporter, Cindy Vinson, was quoted by the Bay Area Mercury News saying:
“Of course, I want people to have health care. I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.”
Reality is incessant. It is unavoidable. It forces us to know unpalatable and indisputable things.
We are about to find out if the citizens of America will vote for “vibes and joy” or reality, and in doing so find out if we are still capable of governing ourselves.

“I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few.”
― Adolf Hitler
It worked for him.
Let us hope the right choice for self governance becomes unavoidable by November.
