Hyperobjects

Ever run across a subject that seems too big to understand all of it? If you have, you have found a hyperobject.

When I run across something that feels compelling, I typically jot it down on a list to later learn about. I’m revisiting my list and adding a couple today - one is something I ran across back late last year when thinking about artificial intelligence and its potential positive or negative impact on humanity. It is called hyperobjects.
