Halcyon Days
The two tiered justice system is not happening, but it is a good thing for Democrats it is.
For Democrat criminals (and prosecutors), these are truly halcyon days.
If you randomly slug an old lady in the face on a street in New York City, there is a good chance that you will be back on those streets in a couple of days, if not hours.
If you are clearly mentally ill, up to claiming you have committed murder, but are a black woman, your judge will release you so you can brutally stab and kill a three-year-old child who was doing nothing but sitting in his mother’s shopping cart outside an Ohio supermarket.
If you cross our border illegally, you will be released into the interior (you might get a plane ticket to wherever you want to go), handed EBT cards, free healthcare, given a hotel room paid for by US taxpayers, and assigned a hearing date in 2030. If you attack police officers, you might even just get released to go on your way.
If you are the son of a sitting Democrat president who has committed multiple offenses, the DOJ will drag their feet to allow the clock to run out on the most serious charges, be offered a plea deal that prevents you from being prosecuted for anything – ever – and even when you are found guilty of a lesser charge, your dad is very likely to commute any sentence you get.
But if you do a burnout on top of a “Pride” flag painted on a street, you will be hunted down and put in jail.
If you are a doctor, in Texas no less, who exposes the hospital where you worked for allegedly secretly conducting transgender surgical procedures on children against state prohibition, you will be charged by a Biden/Garland DOJ (that has a 99.6% conviction rate) with at least four felonies.
If you are a 75-year-old woman with health issues who protests in front of an abortion clinic because you want to save babies, you are going to prison for two years. If you have ever protested at an abortion clinic, there is a real possibility you (or your relatives) will get a visit from the FBI.
If you are even close to a protest in DC that gets out of hand – and are a Republican – or you are associated with Donald Trump in any way, you will be hunted, FBI swat teams will show up to take you into custody where you will spend months before going to trial, and you will be sentenced in a DC court (that has nearly a 100% conviction rate) to years in jail. You might even get convicted of thirty-four felonies that not a single legal scholar can explain what or how they came to become felonies. Some Democrat politicians, like Debbie Dingell, cannot even tell you what crime Trump committed.
You do not have to be a doctor like Jill Biden to see what is happening here.
Prosecutions are being waged against people who oppose Democrats pet causes. Democrat prosecutors and judges are ignoring crimes when some protected group or protected ideology are involved, and they throw the book at anyone who breaches any they feel sacrosanct.
We have talked for years about “politicized” justice, but this is it, and it is happening in real time.
If you are a conservative and/or a Christian Republican, if you stand on your conservative or Christian principles, and you run afoul of a favored Democrat policy or law, you are going to be treated with a harshness that anyone belonging to a Democrat constituency will not.
This is not just some Mississippi redneck saying it, nor is it just an anecdotal observation of the news, there is statistical evidence this is happening – and it is going to continue to happen, getting worse as Democrats get away with it.
They are even working overtime to delegitimize the Supreme Court and then use that as an excuse to convert it to a liberal dominated mini legislature.
They must be stopped.
And that is why, no matter how you feel about Trump or Republicans in general, you should strongly consider voting for the GOP candidate and stop this.

Libertarians, too, are in the group. As those who believe in individual freedom, we have become enemies of the progressives.
It must be great to be a Democrat today..."For my friends, everything. For my enemies, the law."
