Today, when reading about all the “scientific” and “peer reviewed” studies that are being retracted (about ten thousand of them) by what used to be prestigious periodicals, I had some stuff pop up in my news feed about how some “high commissioner” or some other made up, useless titled twit had complained that Israel committed a war crime by killing two hundred Gazans while retrieving their four hostages of their own. Then I say a clip or two about the anti-Israel protests in Lafayette Park near the White House where vile insults were hurled at Jews and fireworks and smoke bombs were directed at the white house.
There was a picture I saw a few minutes ago of a terrorist supporting dickwad walking down the street in London with a football (soccer) jersey on with “Hamas” for the name and the number seven on the back.
My first thought was how much the quality of, well, pretty much everything had deteriorated.
And deteriorated pretty damn fast, too.
The left blames it on Trump, but when you really look at the timeline of the fecal matter hitting the blades of the rotating wind generating device, things started downhill with the intentionally racially divisive Obama administration, aided by weak minded white people who wore self-loathing as if it were trendy clothing from Fashion Week. Obama was bad, but the sycophantic and submissive whites who supported him made it much, much worse by simply accepting false premises and lies about race in America. I can’t count how many times I was called a racist for opposing Obama’s policies, which were the same policies (albeit on steroids) I had opposed during the Bill and Hill regime from 1992 to 2000.
During the Trump years, other than the mean tweets the left and the AWFLs (Affluent White Female Liberals) and the SWMs (Suburban Wine Moms) hated, the greatest shift in societal friction was caused by the “resistance” – those whose violent responses to Trump turned absurdity into normally and took hyperbole and hysterics to new heights.
Degradation in quality of politics, life, news reporting, science, the economy, friendships, and pretty much everything else came quickly, driven by the slavish, mindless support of everything Obama did and the autonomic, reflexive opposition to everything Trump did.
My second thought was that we damn well don’t have to put up with this bullshite.
We get to set the limits of what we will take.
I’m all for free speech but as the left tells us all the time, free speech isn’t free of consequences.
We aren’t mandated to accept transgenderism in public schools. We are not mandated to accept the two-tiered justice system that sends a septuagenarian grandmother to jail for two years for protesting in front of an abortion clinic while the DOJ declines to prosecute Biden’s criminal connections. We don’t have to accept Paul Manafort and Steve Bannon going to jail for contempt of Congress if Eric Holder, John Brennan, and James Clapper, continue to walk free. We don’t have to accept President Trump being railroaded by a corrupt New York justice system. We don’t have to accept that our government will abandon our own citizens to foreign justice when they have done nothing.
I just posted a picture on Facebook (at the top of this post) of a rainbow over Utah Beach my wife and I took when we were there in 2012 and commented:
“When my wife and I walked among the crosses at the American Cemetery, I broke down in tears for the loss of those men and boys and the pride I felt for what it used to mean to be an American.”
What do we do?
We stand up and be counted. We protest, we give our time to causes in which we believe, we go to town halls and meetings with our representatives, and we let them know we want America back, and that we are tired of living in this plastic, androgynous, Barbie movie bullshit we are living in today.
We want the America that was willing to storm a beach in faraway France to stop the progression of a one-party state that wanted to rule over the world.

It turns out it is far easier to fight an enemy ‘out there’ than it is to fight one embedded within your own nation.
10/10
As was said in the movie "Network", we all must be "mad as hell and not take it anymore".
We can stop it, but we must as organized and planful and committed as were those who stormed Omaha Beach. Because the evil liberal Democrats are like rust, or cancer, they NEVER stop and nothing is too "insignificant" for them not to trash it.
We are well and truly in battle for the soul of America.
